Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to all locations within Australia via Australia Post. We have a flat fee of $20 for all orders, and all orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment being received. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery time. If you have any queries about our shipping policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Marysville Trading Co. offers an exchange policy within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. All items must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt in order to be eligible for an exchange. Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
